Wadalba Medical Centre Development - December 2010

 

The Wadalba Medical Centre is 1.5 kilometres from Wyong Hospital and adjoins the Coles Shopping Centre, Wadabla Community School, Juniors Pre-School and is located in one of the major growth areas of the Central Coast. The new medical centre has an application before Wyong Shire Council and construction could commence in the first quarter of 2011, with completion in September/October 2011. The Wadalba site is zoned retail and could also incorporate a cafe and various shops within the plan.

Mingara Medical Centre, Tumbi Umbi - December 2010

 

The Mingara site at Tumbi Umbi is a spectacular medical centre opportunity within walking distance of Glengara Retirement Village, Mingara Recreation Club and is close to shops, school and beaches. The site adjoins national tenants which include McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Video Ezy and BP Service Station. Mingara Recreation Club, which is the fastest growing club facility on the Central Coast, additionally features restaurants, the regional indoor swimming pool, child minding and the regional athletics field. Our development application to the Medical Centre is currently before Wyong Shire Council with approval expected early in 2011. Forest Ridge Stage 4, Bolwarra Heights - September 2010

Bathurst - $22 million Bulky Goods/Retail Development - May 2010 

 

Approval has been received from Bathurst City Council and the Joint Regional Planning Panel for a $22 million development of fast food, petrol and bulky goods retail development on the Great Western Highway at Kelso, near Bathurst. The development will be undertaken in two stages. Work will commence on the subdivision immediately with McDonald's and Woolworths Petrol Plus due for completion early in 2011.

 

Stage 2 comprises the bulky goods areas at the rear of the site and will be constructed, as required, with expressions of interest being received from two major corporations, to date, looking for purpose built facilities.

The Stevens Group has successfully negotiated commercial terms for Aldi, the world wide food retailer, to purchase approximately 6,000m2 of land at the corner of Hastings River Drive and Hughes Place, Port Macquarie. The total site, which is 16,000m2, still has development potential and development options are currently being assessed as we have been approached by a number of potential occupants/end users for the balance of the lands.
